Our Lease Room Space

Our Blank canvas room space is the perfect setting for your next gathering.  We offer a spacious and modern style venue that can be customized to suit your needs.

Room 1 – 13 x 20 fits 8 people with equipment

Room 2 – 15 x 24 fits 10 people with equipment

  • Both rooms can be rented at the same time, The rooms are side by side and a door is between both rooms. The door can be propped open to open to both rooms.
  • Tables and Chairs can be included in your rental with tablecloths your choice of colors of white or black Black and white chairs of your choice.

Our Outdoor Rental Space

  • Playground Space – Waiver must be signed – Children must be watched and supervised
  • 2 Tents size – white
  • 5 Tables fits 30 and 30 chairs – white
  • Outdoor Potty is required when using the outdoor space as the indoor area only has one bathroom.

Indoor rooms can be purchased at an additional price (Room 1- 13 x 20 – fits 8 / Room 2- 15x 24- fits 10)

Full Kitchen can be purchased at an additional price (kitchen supplies and equipment available)

Outdoor space with indoor space can fit 50 people total on site with additional parking across the street at the park n ride

Divine Venue Booking Requirements

  • Each Space is $35.00 an hour for rental use
  • Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Prices are available
  • Contact us to schedule a Tou
  • 1 hour minimum is required for any bookings of our venue rooms
  • The contract/Agreement is required and must be signed by all parties involved including outside vendors not with divine.
  • Security Deposit is required at the time of ALL bookings – including same day bookings and 1-hour bookings.
  • Same Day bookings must be paid prior to entry and to receive code entry numbers
  • Final payment is due 5 business days prior to your booking (if booking more than 1 day)
  • Please contact Divine Suites for a quote

Venue Rules

ENJOYMENT. The Guest, along with neighbors, shall enjoy each other’s company in a respectful manner to each other’s enjoyment. The Guests are expected to behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors with any residents of the immediate area. Creating an obnoxious disturbance of the area by unauthorized guests or extremely loud parties shall be grounds for immediate termination of this Rental Agreement. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am- Strictly Enforced.

No unauthorized guests outside of the contracted agreement are allowed.

Venue Rules

A $100- $300 Cash Security Deposit is due 5 days before all rentals for damages or additional cleaning beyond the standard checkout cleaning. If the property is left in satisfactory condition, the security deposit will be refunded to the same method of payment within 24 to 48 hours of departure.
